Hello and welcome to my blog.  I am excited to share and explore all things yoga with you. I could not have imagined doing this in the early days of my 200-hour training, but the depth and breadth of yoga continually inspires me to go deeper and learn more. When I entered my 200-hour training, I thought yoga was about touching my toes, twisting my body into pretzel-like shapes, and achieving the perfect headstand. I had so much to learn. With each passing weekend of that initial training, I learned that yoga was so much more than I ever gave it credit for. If yoga were an iceberg, the physical practice of yoga, or asanas, would be the visible tip above the water. However, yoga's true depth and complexity lies beneath the surface.
